    # Butternut Squash, 1 cup, cubes
    # so delicious original coconut milk, 1 cup BEWARE : If you use other brands, you may have to thin with water as much as 3 parts water to one of milk to achieve this calorie count. My brand is only 80 cal/cup.
    # Garlic, 1 clove
    # Curry powder, to taste
    # Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)


cook squash until soft. Microwave works well. Add one clove garlic. Puree with the coconut milk. Thin to desired consistency with low sodium, fat free chicken broth. I used one cup. Add curry powder to taste. If you don't like curry, plain cinnamon is also good. Whir again to blend. Pour into 2 large mugs, heat in microwave and serve. Serves 2 well for 98.5 calories. Can be divided into 3 smaller servings for 65.6 .calories
