    3 pork chops bone in
    1 can of low fat cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup instant brown rice
    1 cup of whole or sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cup water
    salt and pepper


1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. In baking dish mix soup, rice, mushrooms, water, salt and pepper.
3. Place pork chops in mix (put some of the mixture on top chops to infuse more flavor.)
4. Cover with foil and bake for around 40 or until chops juice from inside are clear.

( The mushroom rice makes a great side. Steam some fresh broccoli for a veggie and a whole wheat dinner roll.... yum yum)
