Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 c. Frozen Mixed Fruit (Choose your favorite variety. I like Dole.)
    2 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt
    4 oz., more or less to achieve desired consistency V8 Splash (Any fruit combination you like; I use "diet" to limit sugars.)

Directions

Place fruit, yogurt, and juice in blender and blend. I often need to add a little more liquid in order to achieve desired consistency. It depends on the fruits that you are using and the power of your blender. This makes about an 8-10 oz. serving. Use a large straw.
