Ingredients

    3 leeks, cut off the bottom and top but leave in a whole piece
    2 small pats butter
    1 cupr fresh sliced mushrooms
    1/8 tsp salt
    pepper to taste

Directions

Simmer the leeks untiil they are tender in water.

Once they are tender, drain and slice. Sautee the butter, leeks, mushrooms and salt for about 3 minutes.

Serve !
