Ingredients

    1/2 pound lean ground turkey
    1/2 pound lean ground beef
    3 cups lo-sod V-8 juice
    3 cups red-sod chicken broth
    1 package red-sod taco seasoning
    1 can black beans
    1 can light red kidney beans (or pint0)
    1 can no salt added corn
    1 can no salt added diced tomatoes
    1 can chopped green chiles

Directions

Brown meat. Drain and rinse beans and corn (to remove excess sodium). Cook in crock pot up to full day.
