    2 c. old fashioned oats
    1/2 C splenda
    2 t. ground cinnamon
    2 t. baking powder
    1 t. salt
    1 c. unsweetened soy milk
    1/2 block of silken tofu
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 t. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. grain sweetened chips


Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine oats, splenda, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips.

In a blender or food processor, combine remaining wet ingredients and process until smooth.

Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well.

Spread mixture into a 88 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
