Apple crisp with a sweet twist! Apple crisp with a sweet twist!
Number of Servings: 12


    2 1/2 lbs apples, peeled/thinly sliced
    1 2/3 c butterscotch flavored topping
    1/4 c packed brown sugar
    1/4 c flour
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

    1/2 c flour
    1/4 c brown sugar
    1/4 c light butter
    3/4 cup quick/ old-fashioned oats

    6 cups (1/2 serving ea.) non-fat frozen yogurt


Preheat oven to 375

Layer apples in 13 x 9 baking pan. Combine Butterscotch topping, sugar, flour and cinnamon in bowl then sprinkle over apples. Bake for 20 minutes.

Combine flour and sugar then add butter until crumbly. Add oats then sprinkle over apples. Bake for another 30-40 min or until apples are tender and topping is slightly browned. Cool for about 10 minutes.

Serve warm with 1/2 cup non-fat frozen yogurt.

Makes 12 1/2-c servings.
