    1 Lasagne noodle (cooked)
    1/4 C fat free cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp liquid egg white
    1/2 C Classico Tomato & Garlic
    1 oz part skim mozzarella (shredded)
    1/2 C spinach (fresh & chopped)


Boil 1 lasagne noodle until a la dente. Drain and lay out flat.
In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg white, 1/2 of the cheese chopped spinach. Spread mixture over lasagne noodle and roll up. Place in oven proof dish with seam down (to keep from unrolling) Pour pasta sauce over top. Cook (covered in tinfoil) in pre-heated oven at 350F for 45 min. Remove tinfoil and top with remaining cheese. Cook for another 10-15 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes, then dig in!
