    1 pound extra lean ground beef
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 onion, diced
    1 zucchini, diced
    1 carrot, diced
    1 can of diced tomatoes (16oz)
    4 cup dry pasta
    1/2 cup grated parmesan
    300 g mozzarella cheese
    3 cups water
    1 tbsp concentrated beef broth (Bovril)


Put the olive oil in a big pot, add the onion over high heat
When the onions are transparent, add the meat and the carrot
Cook until the meat is brown, then add the zucchini, the tomatoes and the water.
Bring to a boil, then add the pasta
Cook for about 20 minutes, until pasta is ready
Mix the parmesan in, then pour the mixture in an oven glass or ceramic rectangular mold
Sprinckle the mozzarella on top
Broil in the oven until the cheese is golden
