Ingredients

    0.50 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    2 cup, diced Zucchini
    1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil - President's choice
    2 cup Super C Diced tomatoes
    4 cup short pasta
    500 gram(s) Extra lean ground pork (Québec)
    2 cup Great Value Light Mozza Cheddar shredded cheese
    39 gram(s) Lipton Onion soup mix (1 envelop, no water)

Directions

Put the olive oil in a big pot, add the meat
Cook until the meat is brown, then add the zucchini, the tomatoes and the water.
Bring to a boil, then add the pasta
Cook for about 20 minutes, until pasta is ready
Mix the parmesan in, then pour the mixture in an oven glass or ceramic rectangular mold
Sprinkle the mozzarella on top
Broil in the oven until the cheese is golden

Makes about 10 servings
