    6 apples, sliced
    1/3 cup white flour
    3/4 cup oatmeal
    1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/4 cup olive oil becel margarine
    3/4 tsp cinnamon


Arrange apples in greased 8 inch square baking dish
Crisp Topping:
Measure flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and margarine in a bowl and blend well. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.
Bake at 375 deg. for 35 mins or until fruit is tender and topping
is slightly browned. Serve warm or cold.
