    *Poblano Chile, 2 serving (remove)
    *Rosarita Black Bean Refried Beans, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Bush's Black Bean, reduced sodium, 0.75 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    *1 Chipotle Pepper in 1 Tbsp Adobo Sauce, 1 serving (remove)
    *Oil, Smart Balance Omega (Blend of Canola, Soy, Olive), 1 tbsp (remove)
    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)


Heat oven to 425.
Cut chile lengthwise & remove seeds. Set aside.
Saute onions in oil. Add black beans and refried beans. Remove from heat.
Fill chiles with bean mixture. Put in metal baking dish and bake 20 minutes or until tender and blistery.
Serve with the avocado or salsa.
