    4 cups broccoli
    1 package Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice
    2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
    1 can cream of mushroom soup


Clean and cut up broccoli, boil for 5 minutes or until the broccoli turns bright green, drain.

Shred cheese, and add mushroom soup, saving some to sprinkle on top of casserole.

Cook rice according to instructions on bag.

In casserole dish spray Pam, then layer cheese/soup mixture, broccoli, then wild rice, using up all the ingredients, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Cover and bake at 475 F for 30-45 minutes, taking cover off for the last 15 min. so cheese turns golden brown.
