Ingredients

    1 3/4 oz. packet Sun Bird fried rice seasoning mix
    2 tbsp sesame oil
    3 cups cooked and cold white rice [day old best]
    3 scallions sliced
    2 tsp Braggs liquid aminos
    2 large eggs
    1/3 cup sliced baby portabella mushrooms
    1 cup frozen peas cooked

Directions

In a large skillet stir fry rice, scallions, and mushrooms
Add seasoning and Braggs stir fry 1 minute
Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble, stir into rice
Add cooked peas

Makes about 5 one cup servings
