This was one of those "whatever's in the fridge" recipes. But it turned out really good! This was one of those "whatever's in the fridge" recipes. But it turned out really good!
Number of Servings: 6


    Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup
    Cauliflower, cooked, 2 cups
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, slices
    Onions, 1 medium chopped
    Parsley, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Barilla Pasta Whole Grain Spaghetti Thin, 13.25 oz
    10 Cherry Tomatoes, cut in quarters
    Yves Meatless Ground, 1 package
    Grape Seed Oil, 2 tbsp


Saute onions and mushrooms in oil until onions are soft.
Meanwhile, prepare pasta as directed on package.
Add meatless ground and mix.
Saute a few minutes until browned.
Add cauliflower and broccoli and mix well.
Drain pasta and mix gently with onion mixture.
Makes 6 servings.
Garnish with chopped cherry tomatoes and parsley.
