    6" tortilla, 2
    Frozen chargrilled mediterranean vegetables, 7 ozs
    Feta Cheese, goat & sheep, 3 oz


Cook vegetables in the oven as instructed in a non stick pan. Divide the vegetables between the tortillas and pile in the middle of each one. Crumble over the cheese and roll up. Return to the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with a mixed salad.

Makes a great lunchtime snack.
