    Boil potatoes and mash them for mashed potatoes or use leftover mashed potatoes.
    Brown ground beef and drain off any fat. Add in your veggies to the meat mixture to heat.
    in another frying pan melt margarine then add flour and blend to make a rue(not spelled right). Then add in while continually stirring beef broth till you get a thicker consistency similar to gravy.
    Add the gravy mixture to your meat and veggies.
    Then place ingredients in a pan and put your mashed potatoes on top. Brown in oven for 10-15 minutes.


Makes a 9x13 pan and serving size divide pan into 8 servings.
