    1 lb boneless pork loin, cut into strips
    1 large onion, chooped
    1 small green pepper, cut into strips
    8 oz can mushrooms, drained
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    8 oz can tomato sauce
    3 tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend
    1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar


Spray nonstick pan, brown pork strips, drain onto paper towels to remove excess fat. Place strips and the remaining ingredients into a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over rice. Make 4 servings
