This is a very easy, yet impressive dish - great for guests! This is a very easy, yet impressive dish - great for guests!
Number of Servings: 5


    Tilapia filet, 16 oz
    Baby Carrots, raw, 5 medium
    Scallions, raw, 1 medium
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 medium
    Sesame Oil, 5 tsp
    Lemon Juice
    Salt and pepper
    parchment paper


Preheat oven to 425 F.
Cut 5 strips of parchment paper about 8" wide.
Divide fish between 5 papers and place in middle of sheet. Cut into pieces so there is room around the fish on all sides.
Cut vegies lengthwise and divide between packets, placing on top of fish.
Salt and pepper each.
Drizzle a tsp of sesame oil on each and sprinkle on a little lemon juice.
Take long ends and fold several times to close on top.
Fold sides in to seal.
Place on baking sheet giving each packet space.
Bake for 20 minutes. Service in envelopes.
