Vegan lettuce wraps with Asian Flare Vegan lettuce wraps with Asian Flare
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 package of tempeh, crumbled
    1/2 an onion, diced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    5 baby bella mushrooms, diced
    1 1/2 Tbls peanut oil
    1/2 cup homemade teriyaki sauce (no oil)

    Optional Spices: garlic powder, ginger, cayenne, sriracha

Directions

Makes 10 lettuce wraps.

Saute tempeh, onion, bell pepper, mushroom in oil. Stir in prepared teriyaki and season as desired. Serve in lettuce leaf.
