    Chocolate Cake Mix
    3 eggs(to prepare cake)
    1/2 cup vegetable oil (to prepare cake)
    14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (fat-free)
    1 jar butterscotch
    8 oz Cool Whip
    4-5 Heath bars (or Skor bars)


Bake cake according to package directions

Using the end of a wooden spoon, poke holes in the top of the cake

Pour condensed milk and butterscotch topping over the top

Crumble the Heath bars, and pour 1/2 on top of the cake.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours

Spread Cool Whip evenly over the top

Sprinkle the rest of the Heath Bars over the top
