    8 oz Barrilla Mezze Penne
    3 tomatoes- remove seeds and chop
    10 slices Salami- I used Gallo Dry
    1 cup Artichoke hearts (canned in water)Drained
    25 olives
    5 oz cubed Mozzerella Cheese- Part skim Milk
    1 cup Kraft Free Caesar Italian Salad dressing.


Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water and drain again.
Cut Tomatoes into chunks, remove any seeds and liquid from the tomatoes. Cut Salami into small pieces. Cube Mozzerella cheese. Add to drained pasta. Add Artichoke hearts, olives and salad dressing. Mix well. Chill. Makes 8 - 1 cups servings.
