    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 cups rolled oats
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground allspice
    1 tsp ground ginger
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    pinch salt
    1/2 cup margarine, melted
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
    3 large eggs
    1/2 cup cooking molasses
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    3/4 cup raisins
    3/4 cup dried cranberries


Preheat oven to 350F.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, all spice, ginger, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.

IN large bowl, combine margarine through vanilla until smooth. Add flour mixture and stir by hand until almost combined; add raisins and cranberries. Stir until just blended.

Drop by large, rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray (Cookies should be 2-inches apart). Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, utnil just set - springy to the touch around the edges, but you still leave a slight dent if you touch them in the middle. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Store extras in a tightly covered container.
