    1.5 cups Mashed Bananas
    2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
    3 Egg Whites
    1 Unsweetened Apple Sauce Snack Cup (I like to use Strawberry flavored :D)
    1 Cup Frozen Blueberries

    2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees celsius
Combine Wet ingredients, including blueberries, in one bowl
Combine Dry ingredients in a separate bowl
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined
Add 2 tbsp of mixture to each lined muffin cup
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out dry (roughly 20-25 minutes)
