Ingredients

    1/4 cup splenda brown sugar
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    4 medium apples
    3/4 cup walnut, chopped

Directions

Mix dry. Separately mix wet. Stir into dry. Fold in apples and walnuts. Bake in greased 9 inch pie plate at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
