    1 cup Raspberry -milk puree/slurry
    1 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain or whatever you like)
    2 tbl sugar (you can omit if you prefer)
    2-5 pieces of ice

    Raspberry-Milk puree
    1 cup Raspberries (we use frozen no syrup)
    1 cup milk (about)


Raspberry-Milk Puree
take raspberries put in blender and pour milk over until they are completely covered by milk then blend until smooth and free moving.
pour through a strainer to remove seed (optional step but creates a very smooth texture) into a measuring cup
After making smoothie cover extra and store in fridge

pour 1 cup of puree, yogurt, sugar and ice cubes in blender, blend until smooth (if it's still a bit too thick, add a bit more milk)
