    Clean and cut up 2 lbs stew beef
    Toss in seasoned flour
    Put into hot crock pot
    Peel and cut up onion potato, mushrooms and carrots
    Add to crock pot
    Add frozen peas
    Pour in 2 cups water and 8-12oz of V-8 Juice
    Cover and cook on high-1 hour
    leave cooking on low-6-8 hours


Cook on high 1 hour, 6-8 hours on low
Serving size is 1 cup
