    8 apples, peeled and sliced
    2 cups raw cranberries
    3/4 cup Splenda
    1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    3/4 cup quick-cook oats
    3/4 cup brown sugar substitute or equivalent amount Splenda brown sugar, see pkg directions
    1/4 cup melted low-cal margarine spread
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda


Combine apples, cranberries, splenda, flour cinnamon and juice in a large bowl. Stir gently to combine. Pour into a greased baking dish (9x9 or larger). Preheat oven to 375 degrees. For topping, combine oats, brown sugar substitute, baking soda. Melt margarine spread and add to dry mixture, combine. Sprinkle over apples in pan and bake 45 minutes.
