    1 Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortilla
    1 Gorton's Fish Fillet
    2 Tbsp Guacamole
    2 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
    .25 cup shredded red leaf /Spinach salad mix


Bake Fish Fillet per instructions. Steam tortilla in microwave for 1 minute. Spread Guacamole on tortilla, place fish fillet in tortilla then top with cheese and salad greens.
