Number of Servings: 10


    Shred 1/ 2 head of cabbage and 1/2 a head of icebery lettuce. Add 1/2 a bunch of washed romaine, chopped.

    Then add 1 cup of thinnly sliced celery and one cup of thinnly sliced onion.


Combine and toss all the salad ingredients.

Top with protein of your choice, dressing, chopped nuts and sesame seeds to taste.

Serving size 2 cups.
