    Ground Turkey, 1 1/4 pound
    Tomato Sauce, with herbs and cheese, 3 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp
    Salt, 0.25 tsp
    Dreamfield's High Fiber Linguine, 13.25 oz


Brown turkey in heavy saucepan, adding grated cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper as it cooks. It should end up in large crumbles with the liquid evaporated, about 10-15 minutes. Add can of sauce and cook through. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and add cooked turkey tomato sauce. Serves 6 .
