    1 wedge canteloupe melon
    1 nectarine
    1 cup seedless grapes
    1 grapefruit
    1 small fruit or plain yogurt
    0.5 cup raw oats
    Glug of fresh orange juice


Chop all the fruit into chunks and throw into the blender. Add a glug of fresh orange juice, the oats and the yogurt. Whizz everything in the blender until it's smooth and drinkable. Makes three to four portions.
