    2 tbsp olive oil
    4 frozen garlic cubes
    4 frozen cilantro cubes
    1 pkg Dyna-sea crab or shrimp, defrosted
    One 16 oz package of mixed vegetables


Saute cubes in olive oil in small pan. Steam vegetables for 5 minutes in microwave and pour on sauce; add fish; mix and warm mixture for 1 minute in microwave. Serve over whole wheat spaghetti or cous-ccous. Makes 4 servings.
