Ingredients



    * Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    * Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    * Applesauce, sweetened, .5 cup
    * Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp
    * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    * Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    *Pineapple, canned in juice, 3.5 serving
    *Arrowhead Mills Golden Flaxseeds, 5 tbsp
    * Flour, Premium 100% Whole Wheat, 2 cup

Directions

Preheat to 350 degrees.

Line and spray muffin tin with paper liners.

Combine all ingredients up to and including flaxseeds, beat until smooth.

Add each individual ingredient one at a time, incorporating each until you get to flour - with flour fold in.

Fill cups w/ 1/4 cup dry measure.

Bake for 20 minutes or until done!
