Ingredients

6 cups cooked egg noodles
14 oz canned tuna in water, drained well
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 stick of margarine
6 tablespoons flour
2 cups fat-free milk (heated)
salt, pepper, and onion flakes to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
boil noodles per package directions
melt margarine over medium heat. Add flour and stir until blended. heat milk in microwave and add slowly to margarine/flour mixture. Stir often and heat until comes to a boil and thickens. add salt and pepper to the sauce.
Drain noodles and place in 8 in square glass casserole dish sprayed with PAM. Add drained tuna, peas, onion flakes (to taste). Mix well. Add the sauce and mix well. Bake in oven for 25 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit.
