    3 Sweet Italian or Hot Turkey Sausage links (according to your taste preference)
    1 T. EVOO
    1/2 C. chopped sweet onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 t. cayenne pepper
    2 - 14.5 oz. cans of Hunts Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
    1.5 C. Land O'Lakes Fat Free Half & Half
    1 t. salt
    3 T. parsley
    12 oz. uncooked Barilla PLUS Penne Pasta


Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Remove casing from the 3 turkey sausage links.

Heat EVOO in a large skillet over medium-hi heat. Add turkey sausage, onion and garlic. Cook until meat is browned. Stir in cayenne pepper and canned tomatoes. Stir in cooked pasta noodles, salt, and Half & Half. Cook until heated through over Medium-Low heat. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve.
