A yummy fall treat! A yummy fall treat!
Number of Servings: 10


    2 Cups Bisquick Heart Smart Mix
    1/4 Cup liquid egg substitute such as Egg Beaters
    1/4 Apple Sauce in place of cooking oil
    1 apple peeled/chopped
    1 cup non-fat milk
    1 tsp cinnamon (I just eyeball this)
    Splash of Vanilla for flavor


Mix Egg, milk, splash of vanilla and apple sauce together in a medium bowl.
Add Bisquick, splenda, cinnamon, and mix.
Add apples and blend all together.
Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray and fill 2/3 of the way to allow for a small muffin top (we all know this is the only place where a muffin top is ok!) Garnish with a sliver of apple on each muffin.
Heat oven to 400 degrees and bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 10 muffins.
