Ingredients

    1 pound boneless pork chops
    6 medium potatoes, sliced
    2 large onions, sliced
    2 cans cream of celery soup, healthy choice
    3/4 cup 1/2% milk

Directions

Brown pork chops in nonstick skillet. Layer meat, potatoes and onions in 13x9x2 baking dish. Pour soup and milk into skillet, mix and heat. Pour mixture over casserole. Baked covered in 325 degree oven for 3 hours. Serves 6.
