This is EASY and SO YUMMY! And, it appears to take a TON of work so you will wow all your guests! This is EASY and SO YUMMY! And, it appears to take a TON of work so you will wow all your guests!

    - 2 boxes of fat free sugar free instant chocolate pudding

    - 6 cups of skim milk

    - 1 container of cool whip lite (or fat free for slightly less calories)

    - 2 skor bars (or Heath bars if you cannot find Skor)

    - 1 package of Pillsbury Moist Supreme reduced sugar devil's food cake mix (other types of chocolate cake will work, but this makes the most moist and delish chocolate cake, especially when making soda cake.

    - 10 ounces of Waist Watchers vanilla cream soda

    - 1 egg white

Prepare cake by mixing cake mix with 10 ounces of vanilla cream soda and 1 egg white. Bake at 325 for about 30 minutes. I usually do this the day before so it is cool when I prepare the dessert.

Prepare chocolate pudding immediately prior to assembling the dessert. Prepare according to directions by whisking 6 cups of skim milk with the 2 packages of pudding mix. Set aside.

In a large decorative bowl, preferably clear so you can see the layers, first lay 1/2 of the cake, crumbled. Then 1/2 of the pudding making sure to spread it over the entire layer of cake. Finally add 1/2 of the cool whip and spread it much like frosting.

To complete the bottow half of your dessert, put the skor bar in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin or the butt end of a knife. Sprinkle crumbled skor bar on top of cool whip.

Create the second layer just the same as the first: crumbled soda cake, pudding, whipped cream, skor bar.

Serve with a large serving spoon.

This makes approx. 12 large servings of about 1 1/2 cups each. Nutritional Info is for 12 servings. If you are just wanting a small treat you can even get 24 servings out of this.

~~The full calorie version has the chocolate cake prepared according to the box directions and then soaked in 1 cup of Kaluah overnight. Then you use full fat pudding and whipped cream. This version adds a LOT of calories to the recipe and does not add any flavor besides the Kaluah but you are welcome to try both and compare!~~
