Ingredients

    1 package of Hersheys Mint Chipits
    40 ritz reduced sodium crackers

Directions

Melt chipits in a double boiler (I used a sauce pan with water and place chipits in a steel bowl and melt them)
Dip ritz crackers in chocolate until evenly coated
Place on wax paper and allow to cool in fridge or cool place

Makes 40 cookies

    Incredible!
    Had some crackers left over from Christmas so decided to try these. I had never made them before. I used my potato masher to dip and strain a little. It worked really well. - 1/28/13
