    1 Ezekial Sprouted Grain Tortilla
    1/4 c Greek Yogurt
    3.5 oz rotisserie chicken (can be purchased whole at the market)
    1/2 avocado, mashed with salt
    1/4 tbsp butter
    1/2 c sliced black olives
    1/8 c onion (optional)
    1/2 c green bell peppers (optional)


Heat butter in pan, and place tortilla in pan, browning both sides.

Add ingredients to one side and top with greek yogurt.

Fold Tortilla in half and flip occasionally to heat.
