    1 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1 oz. packet brown gravy mix
    1 16. oz. can creamed corn
    1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 10 3/4 oz. can 98% FF cream of mushroom soup
    2 lbs. russet potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1/2" pieces
    1/2 cup fat free evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste


Place browned ground chuck in crockpot with chopped onion; toss with gravy mix. Pour creamed corn over ground chuck mixture and top with half of the grated cheese. Top with chopped potates and remaining cheese.

In a small bowl, mix the soup with the evaporated milk and pour over the layered ingredients in crockpot.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.

Makes 8 1 cup servings.
