    Bring 5 cups of water to boil. Add corn meal slowly and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp butter. Pour into pan and cool. heat olive oil. saute onion, garlic, tomatoes and beans. add cooked cauliflower and heat through. spoon on top of polenta
