Number of Servings: 2


    2 lobster tails (approx. 4 ozs)
    2 cups cooked pasta
    1.5 tbls butter (or compound butter with garlic)
    1 tbls olive oil
    2 cups chopped cooked broccoli
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    pasta water (if you like more of a sauce for the pasta)


Boil water for pasta, cook pasta. In the meantime, remove lobster meat from tail, chop into bite size pieces. Chop broccoli, steam for 5 minutes. Heat butter and oil in sautee pan. When hot, add the lobster, salt and pepper. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes, be careful to not overcook the lobster. When cooked, add cream cheese until melted, then add the cooked broccoli (can also be served on the side), and the pasta. Add pasta water to losen sauce if necessary. Toss. Serve. Enjoy!
