    3/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup skim milk
    3/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
    2 large eggs
    2 tbsp flour
    2 tsp cornstarch
    1 tsp vanilla
    pinch salt
    1 cup frozen raspberries
    1 cup frozen blueberries


Heat oven to 400. Spray a pie plate with PAM. Combine sugar, milk, yogurt and eggs in a bowl. Add flour, cornstarch, vanilla and salt. Whisk until smooth. Add fruit to bottom of pie plate, evenly. Pour filling over the top. Bake 25 minutes in lower third of the oven. Then reduce heat to 350 and bake 20 minutes longer, until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool for 1 hour before cutting. Serve warm or cold. Makes 8 slices.
