    Large Head of Cabbage
    2 lbs Ground Turkey
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1 cup rice
    2 eggs
    tomato sauce/tomato juice (nutritional information figured with tomatoes)


Boil the cabbage until soft enough to roll, not fully cooked.

Mix turkey, eggs, bread crumbs, rice.

Roll little balls of turkey mixture into the cabbage and secure with a toothpick.

Place in rooster pan and cover with tomato sauce/juice. Cook at 300-305 degrees for 2-3 hours.

Each serving is two cabbages.
