Ingredients

    3 strips of ribs (about 1 pound each)
    6 tsp of Splenda brown sugar blend
    1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
    1/2 cup pineapple tidbits(including juice)
    3 tbsp of ketchup
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Place combined ingredients in crock pot, place ribs over and cook 6-8 hours on low.
