Ingredients

    Boneless, Skinless chicken breast
    Potatoes, chunked with skin
    Diced Tomatoes with garlic, olive oil, and basil ( I use HEB brand canned tomatoes)

Directions

Put all ingredients in CrockPot add enough water to cover chicken and let it cook.
I put the breasts in frozen, so my cook time is a little longer, but it is so simple!
Adjust cook time according to your crockpot.
