Ingredients

    One Block of HEB Easy Melt Cheese (or Velveeta)
    One can (14.5 oz) HEB Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
    One pound ground pork /beef sausage, cooked and crumbled

Directions

Cut Easy Melt cheese in to cubes and put in either a pot on the stove or crockpot.
Crumble the sausage in a pan and fry thoroughly, drain and pour on cheese cubes.
Pour whole can of HEB Fire Roasted tomatoes, including juice in with cheese and sausage.
Let melt and stir until mixed thoroughly, serve with chips, pretzels or crackers.
