    2 cups Bran Flakes
    2 cups Special K Original
    2 cups Special K Protein Plus
    2 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour (white unbleached)
    3/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    2 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 cup flax seed
    2 cups soured milk
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas
    1 cup mashed steamed sweet potatoes
    1 cup craisins


Mix together flour, sugars, baking soda, salt and flaxseed. Add milk, bananas and sweet potatoes. Mix until just combined. Add crushed cereals. Add craisins and mix.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 with batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
