    spanish olives, with pimento, #8
    Feta Cheese, 2 oz, crumbled
    Shallot, sliced as thin as you can, 1 small
    fresh tomato, diced
    Olive oil, 3 tbsp
    cider or wine vinegar, or your favorite vinegar, 2 tbsp
    lemon juice, 1 tbsp
